- Migrating the data from Jibika Farm and Jibika College's accounting systems to the new system.
- Integrating the new system with Jibika College's other systems, such as the human resources system and the student information system.
- Training Jibika College staff on how to use the new system.
Project Deliverables:
The project deliverables included the following:
- A merged accounting system that includes the data from Jibika Farm and Jibika College.
- An integrated accounting system that is linked to Jibika College's other systems.
- Trained Jibika College staff who know how to use the new system.
Project Success:
The project was a success. The new accounting system was launched on time and within budget. The system has improved the efficiency and accuracy of accounting at Jibika College.
